🕐 Order Processing
Every JR Vortex item is made to order. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive:
• an order confirmation email after purchase
• a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

JR Vortex ships worldwide.
📍 Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21+ business days
Please note that delivery times may vary.
💰 Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders $60+. Orders under $60: shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
🏠 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
⏰ Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
