🔁 JR Vortex — Returns & Refunds Policy

Summary: All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for wrong size ordered or change of mind.

✔ When We Replace or Refund

Every JR Vortex item is made to order, so we only accept returns or replacements if:

• your item arrives damaged

• your item arrives defective

• we sent the wrong item, size, or color

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the issue

• a short description of the problem

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• wrong size ordered by customer

• change of mind

• sale or clearance items (final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)

• gift cards

• custom or personalized products

💵 Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card company to process it.

📦 Return Shipping

• If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

• If the issue comes from incorrect checkout information (such as a wrong address), you may be responsible for extra shipping costs.

↩ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and can't be canceled.

📬 Where is my order?

Processing takes 3–5 business days, then it ships. You'll get a tracking email once it's on the way.

🚚 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Delivery times vary by country.

⏳ My tracking isn't updating

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it still hasn't moved after a few days, email us and we'll check.

🏠 I typed the wrong address

Email us right away. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If it already shipped, we can't change it, and reshipping costs may apply.
