We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
✔ Returns & Exchanges
Because many JR Vortex items are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only if:
• your item arrives damaged
• your item arrives defective
• the wrong item, size, or color was sent by us
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• a short description of the problem

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• wrong size ordered by customer
• change of mind
• clearance / sale items
• gift cards
• custom / personalized products
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
💵 Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card company to process the refund.
📦 Return Shipping
If an item is approved for return:
• If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent), we will cover return shipping or send a replacement.
• If the issue is due to incorrect information entered at checkout (such as the wrong shipping address), the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
↩ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us and we’ll check.
🏠 I typed the wrong address
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
If it already shipped, we can’t change it — and reshipping costs may apply.
